EA15 Manantial Enero N
Represented by the Lavender Flower
The name Enero translates to January in Spanish, which means that this lot was
harvested during the month of January.
This lot originates from our highest region in Jaramillo, a region called “Manantial,”
which sits at an elevation of 1,900 masl on the slopes of the Jaramillo mountains. The
samples for this lot were sent out as 50 grams because of the limited quantity the region
currently produces. This coffee underwent a natural process with climate-controlled
drying, which gives it a clean and floral profile.
