The name Carnaval means that this lot was harvested during the month of February, in
honor of the festive Carnaval that takes place during this month.
This lot originates from the Buenos Aires region in Jaramillo at 1,700 masl, a region
known for its harsh winds, protected by wind barriers that resemble a trellis. This coffee
underwent 48 hours of cold-temperature fermentation and was dried in our climate-
controlled room.
